Neighborhood Associations

Neighborhood Associations

Map & Contact Information

A neighborhood association is a group of residents who advocate for or organize activities within a defined area known as a neighborhood. Most often neighborhood associations use the same name as their subdivision, however, members may live outside that subdivision.

Some neighborhood associations exist as homeowners associations and have established deed restrictions recorded with their subdivision. Deed restrictions are policies above the city's regulations and are enforced by the neighborhood association.

Subdivisions

Subdivisions are the division of a lot, parcel, or tract of land which creates five or more lots, parcels, or building sites. Once approved, subdivisions are recorded under a title.
