Come join the fun! Get a great workout while dancing to a mixture of Latin & American rhythms. With energetic music and a variety of choreography, this group dance fitness class provides great cardio and toning exercise, but feels like a party! Please wear comfortable clothing & shoes, and bring a water bottle.
