[ARCHIVED] SIMCOM Exercise Nottification

On February 7th & 8th the City will be hosting a communication exercise that involves municipal, State, and Federal emergency response agencies. The exercise is intended to train our personnel on inter-operability during a large scale, escalating event.

During the exercise, military, State, and municipal equipment will be used in the McKee and McGaw Park areas. Helicopters will likely be used for some scenarios and will be visible throughout the area. Lower flying aircraft will be seen in the area of Fire Station #1 on Lacy Road.

If you have any concerns or questions, please contact Fire Chief Joe Pulvermacher at (608) 278-2980.
