The City of Fitchburg will be holding an Agriculture and Rural Affairs “Listening Session” at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 17, 2019, at 2271 Fitchrona Road (Doerfer farm). The intent of the session is to provide interested parties with an update on recent work by the City’s Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, as well as gather feedback from the City’s rural residents on various issues of interest to them. Members of the City’s Agricultural and Rural Affairs Committee, and Common Council, will be in attendance at the session. (Note: This session is part of a regularly-scheduled Committee meeting, and the Committee will be discussing other business prior to the session.)
