The City of Fitchburg will begin recruitment for the City Administrator vacancy. The application process is expected to open the week of February 8th, with interviews scheduled for April. The next Administrator should be selected in late April/early May.
In preparation for the upcoming recruitment and selection process, the Mayor and Council are asking for input from Fitchburg residents, city staff, and community and business leaders regarding the traits and characteristics they feel are important in selecting the next City Administrator. A brief survey can be found at the link below. Paper copies of the survey are available in the lobby entrance at City Hall. Completed paper surveys may be placed in one of the drop boxes in the foyer. The deadline to submit a survey is Monday, February 1, 2021.
