Did you recently receive an absentee ballot request application from the Center for Voter Information? This mailing did not come from nor was requested to be mailed by the City of Fitchburg. This is a third-party organization.

If you received one of these mailers, you may call 866-377-7396 or go to www.centerforvoterinformation.org/about-us/contact-us/ and ask to be removed from the Center's mailing list and or shred and recycle the mailer.
