Summary:
On Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at approximately 6:06 p.m. the Fitchburg Police Department received a report of one to two shots fired near the intersection of Apache Drive and Belmar Circle. Responding officers located a shell casing at the scene.
Witnesses reported seeing the subjects described below engaged in an argument prior to the shots being fired. One of the males may have possibly left on a small motor bike and the other drove away in a car.
Involved Persons:
Witnesses described a black male with "dreads having orange tips" and wearing black and red clothing as the person responsible for firing the shot(s). After firing the shot(s) drove south on Apache Drive in a "newer" red sedan, possibly a Ford Taurus.
The other involved person was described as a black male, wearing a white shirt, who walked to a motor bike and drove away to the north.
Injuries:
No injuries have been reported.
Arrests:
No suspects have been identified and no one has been arrested.
