An open house meeting will be held on Thursday, March 24th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. to discuss design & construction activities for the Verona Road reconstruction project, from the Beltline to County PD (McKee Road) & the Beltline, between Whitney Way & Seminole Highway. No formal presentation is scheduled, stop by at your convenience at Fire Station No. 2, 5415 King James Way. Stage 1 construction on the Beltline is scheduled to be completed in November, 2016. Stage 2 construction in the Fitchburg area is anticipated to start in the fall of 2016 and extend until 2020.
