- February 20 – 7 pm, Fitchburg Transportation and Transit Commission, Fitchburg City Hall Council Chambers – Public hearing and proposed action to recommend a draft of the plan to Council for approval
- February 21 – 7 pm, Fitchburg Plan Commission, Fitchburg City Hall Council Chambers – Proposed action to recommend a draft of the plan to Council for approval
- February 28 – 6.30 pm, Fitchburg Public Safety and Human Services Committee, Fitchburg City Hall Conference Room – Proposed action to recommend a draft of the plan to Council for approval
- February 28 – 7 pm, Fitchburg Common Council, Fitchburg City Hall Council Chambers – Proposed action to approve the plan
