Notice is hereby given that the City of Fitchburg is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the King James Way Fire Station land and building, located at 5415 King James Way. This is an "as is sale."
Bids will be received at the City of Fitchburg City Hall, 5520 Lay Road, Fitchburg, WI until Noon on Tuesday, October 24, 2017. Minimum bid is $900,000.00.
Bid opening will commence at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the City of Fitchburg, City Hall Council Chambers, 5520 Lacy Road, Fitchburg, WI 53711.
The City of Fitchburg retains the right to reject any or all submitted bids and reserves the right to further negotiate with the highest bidder.
