  1. MMSD Summer Food Program

    July 19, 2017, All Day @ Leopold Elementary School

    The MMSD Summer Food Program provides free meals to all children ages 18 and younger at around 50 sites across the Madison area. At Leopold Elementary, breakfast and lunch will be served every day. Any and all children may eat these meals for free at Leopold, and they do not need to be signed up for summer school.

    This year's theme (for all ages) is Build a Better World. For adults, stop in and fill out reviews for books you have read or listened to. For each review, you'll win a chance for either a $50 gift card to Target, a $50 gift card to Kneaded Relief, or a $40 charitable donation to Habitat for Humanity, Heifer International, or Doctors Without Borders (plus a $10 treat for you).

    Explore and play with fun art materials! Art activities will help your little ones master fine-motor skills and help them learn about cause and effect as they make changes in materials (and a lot of mess!). Smocks or "messy clothes" recommended. For children ages 1-3. No registration required.
