Overview
The Court Liaison is a civilian employee who primarily serves as a liaison between the Department and the Dane County District Attorney's Office. All arrests and referrals to the District Attorney require significant amounts of paperwork and reports which are compiled and transferred by the Court Liaison. The Court Liaison also manages requests from the District Attorney for follow-up on cases. Additionally, the Court Liaison is responsible for compiling and categorizing crime statistics.
