Fitchrona Rd will be reconstructed between Tonto Trail and Nesbitt Road. This project will address flooding issues along Fitchrona Rd, especially under USH 18/151. Curb and gutter will be added for portions of Fitchrona Rd, the roadway will be widened, bike lanes will be added in both directions, intersections will be evaluated, streetlights will be added, and a bike path will be added. This project is currently in the design phase and is scheduled to be constructed in 2025.
A Public Involvement Meeting will be held on December 11, 2023 at 6:00pm at Verona Town Hall, 7669 County Rd PD, Verona, WI.
