Diabetes Education W/ Pharmacist Matt Huppert

The pharmacist at Fitchburg Family Pharmacy wants to help you control and maintain your diabetes numbers. Matt Huppert is opening up class times to help you understand diabetes, create health goals and establish a relationship with your local pharmacy. 

We will be providing this four-week educational class at the Fitchburg Senior Center on Thursdays starting September 7, 2023 from 10:30— 11:30 a.m. 

Please register to be enrolled for this class by registering either online at www.fitchburgwi.gov/seniorcenter and click “Program Registration” at the top, OR call 608-270-4290 and we will register you through the same online site.
