Friday, July 19
Music Together (ages 2-5) @ 11:00 a.m. Join Ms. Abby, certified Music Together instructor, for this interactive music experience for children ages 2-5 and their families. All attendees will make and take their own musical instrument!
Saturday, July 20
Space Party! (ages 2-5) @ 10:30 a.m. Join us at the library for outer space-themed stories, crafts, games, sensory play, and fun!
Monday, July 22
Preschool Storytime (ages 2-5) @ 9:30 a.m.
Preschool Storytime (ages 2-5) @ 11:00 a.m.
Universe of STEAM: Math (ages 5-12) @ 4:00 p.m. Join us as we explore our universe through fun STEAM projects and activities! For this session, we'll focus on learning through math!
Tuesday, July 23
Planetarium (ages 5-12) @ 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., or 3:00 p.m. Come to the Fitchburg Public Library and learn about the seasons, constellations, planets, and more! Kids will enter a Starlab Portable Planetarium and see the night sky. A projector displays more than a thousand stars, the sun, and the moon onto the inner surface of the dome. Space is limited so registration is required. Call 608-729-1762 or stop by the Youth Desk to register. *Spaces are still available!
Wednesday, July 24
Sensory Play Time (ages 2-5) @ 10:00 a.m. Drop in and explore a variety of sensory activities that will stimulate your child’s mind. Sensory play, discovery and gross motor activities will be provided for an hour and a half of sensory fun.
Family Pajama Storytime (ages 2-5) @ 6:00 p.m. Family Pajama Storytime is a super fun evening program, focused on winding down for the night. Featuring stories, songs and movement activities followed by a short craft all in your PJs. Parents, leave the bedtime routine to us!
