Tuesday, May 25
  • Take Home Tuesday - Stop by the Fitchburg Public Library and pick up a fun Take Home Tuesday activity bag! Take and make activity bags are for children ages 2-5 and 6-12. They will be available outside the Library's main entrance every Tuesday starting at 10:00am. Please limit to one bag per child. While supplies last.

  • May Paper Plate Flowers - Paper plates have so many fun and creative uses! Throughout the month of May, join us in exploring paper plate crafts for kids of all ages and interests. This week, learn how to transform a plain paper plate into a blooming May flower! Find the video tutorial online at the Fitchburg Public Library's Facebook page.

  • Sponge Water Bombs - Are you looking for a fun way to cool off this summer? Sponge water bombs might just do the job and help you clean the car too!

  • Friday Fun! - Stop by the Fitchburg Public Library and pick up some Friday Fun activity bags! Take and make activity bags are for children ages 2-5 and 6-12. They will be available in the Children's section of the library every Friday starting at 10:00am. Please limit to one bag per child. While supplies last.

  • Grab Bags - Do you miss browsing the stacks? Tell us what kind of books you're looking for and a librarian will pick them out for you. Follow this link and fill out an order form.
  • 1000 Books Before Kindergarten - Check out this free program that is designed to develop early literacy skills in children from birth until Kindergarten. Get started by signing up on Beanstack.
