  • Storytime - Visit our virtual Storytime Room for stories, songs and more with Ms. Kristin. New Storytimes are posted to the Fitchburg Public Library's Facebook Page every Monday at 9:00 a.m.
Tuesday, June 1
  • Take Home Tuesday - Stop by the Fitchburg Public Library and pick up a fun Take Home Tuesday activity bag! Take and make activity bags are for children ages 2-5 and 6-12. They will be available outside the Library's main entrance every Tuesday starting at 10:00am. Please limit to one bag per child. While supplies last.

  • Sing-A-Story: Old Mac Donald Had A Truck - Head over to the Fitchburg Public Library's Facebook page to access a video that "sings" the picture book "Old Mac Donald Had A Truck."
Thursday, June 3
  • Story & a Snack - Monsters! - Visit the Fitchburg Library Facebook page to access a video showcasing monster books and instructions on how to make monster apple snacks!
Friday, June 4
  • Friday Fun! - Stop by the Fitchburg Public Library and pick up some Friday Fun activity bags! Take and make activity bags are for children ages 2-5 and 6-12. They will be available in the Children's section of the library every Friday starting at 10:00am. Please limit to one bag per child. While supplies last.
Ongoing Programs
  • Grab Bags - Do you miss browsing the stacks? Tell us what kind of books you're looking for and a librarian will pick them out for you. Follow this link and fill out an order form.
  • 1000 Books Before Kindergarten - Check out this free program that is designed to develop early literacy skills in children from birth until Kindergarten. Get started by signing up on Beanstack.
