Lapsit Storytime

No Kitchen Cooking Club

Become independent when you learn to create your own simple dish to eat as a snack or add to meal time! Each session will cover different small plates or entrees. This is not a drop-in program, so please arrive promptly to receive all instructions. Note that recipes may include common food allergens. Ages 9-12

Toddler Explorers

Spend a morning at the library engaging in movement, play, and socializing with other little ones. (Ages 1-3)

We Are In A Book Club!

Calling all kids ages 5-8 who love to read and make friends. Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of each month as we explore good books, eat yummy snacks, and participate in other fun activities. (Ages 5-8)

CI Pediatric Storytime

Join a member of CI Pediatric Therapy Centers' staff for an interactive story time of books, songs, movement, crafts, and fun! (Ages 2-5)

READ to a Dog

Reading to a dog is a wonderful way to build reading skills and confidence. Independent readers in grades K-5 can sign-up for a 20 minute spot to sit down and read to a registered therapy animal. Call 608-729-1762 or stop by the Youth Services desk. (sign-up required)

Spring Suncatchers

Saturday Playdate

Get together with friends, or meet some new ones. This informal play time is intended to give preschoolers and their caregivers an opportunity to gather and play with other kids and families of a similar age at the library. Join us in the children's play area for some unstructured fun! For children 2-5 and their caregivers. Siblings welcome.
